Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Like a Pro AI Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Like a Pro AI Consulting provides AI automation consulting services for professional services firms, including but not limited to:

• AI workflow design and implementation
• Staff training and support
• Ongoing maintenance and optimization
• Custom automation solutions

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project deposits are required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Support retainers are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the course of our services remains the property of Like a Pro AI Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their existing systems and data.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business processes. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Like a Pro AI Consulting's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
